The Leave

The previous Alpha limped along, his chest wound closed slightly and scabbing. Thinking of leaving his family, friends, and loyal pack members was tearing him up inside. As his golden brown-yellow eyes looked up one of his closest, longest friends Mao, Fell felt a pang in his heart. They had both helped each other through their internal problems, bringing each other through undaunted and practically unharmed. But this time ... there was nothing Mao could do to help. And next time for Mao, Fell owuldn't be able to help.

His gaze then rested on Aka, his loving and gorgeous mate. They had pups together, pups that he wouldn't be able to see their first litter of because the birthing season would pass before he was yet strong enoguh to return. Had he been human, his eyes would have been swimming and had he no dignity, he would have thrown himself to Cambria and begged to stay.

But Fell had his p[ride. and that kept him from doing anything too rash to stay with his family and friends. They could make it without him for a while. The world would not stop turning only becuse him, as undefeated as he had been, had been overthrown by an outsider. Maybe Cam had been right. Maybe Fell had passed his prime a long time ago.

Snarling in his eternal rage, the large Alpha prowled through the lands towards the borders. He felt that he needed to personally see Fell off. ONce the old injured male came into view he snarled deeply, chuckling a bit at seeing the injured old male who used to be so righteous and great. "Not so mighty now, are we, Fell?" he said, spitting Fell's name like a curse.

Fell ignoreed the jests that Cambria poked at him. "Alpha Cambria, you do not need t see me out. I know the way out of my own lands." and he turned, limping greatly, walking out of the lands that had once been his. He did not look back for that would only make rage burn up inside of him. Tor had told him on his journey to the borders to be calm and love his enemies. And that was what he was definitely trying to do. Though it was difficult, he knew he didn't hate Cambria, even if he did detest him greatly.

Cambria raised his head with dignity and turned, walking back into his lands. They were now his and his alone. With the exception of the forced mate he was about to claim. With Fell so injured, it was very likely that he was to die out there in the outlands alone. And Cambria knew it. And the Gods hated him for thinking it but it made Cambria seethe with delight.

*kamikza pads into the uncertain packland looking for one certain wolf. she might of gone under a different idenity,he was looking for zika,former leader and alpha female of the great wolf pack. her pack had reformed and came for their pack leader. they needed her now and he didnt care who he had to go through to get her back. he howled out loud for all to hear hoping zika will hear the howl.*
